What file types do I get?
Each design is a PNG with a transparent background, delivered inside a .zip file. These designs are raster art, so no SVG or cut file is included. They are made for printing (sublimation, DTF, DTG, printable vinyl), not for cutting machines.
What size and DPI are the files?
Every PNG is 3600 × 3600 pixels at 300 DPI, which prints up to 12 × 12 inches at full quality. You can scale it down for tumblers, pockets, toddler tees or stickers.
Is it an instant download?
Yes. After you pay through Square you are sent straight to your download page, where each file downloads with one tap. Bookmark that page: it keeps working if you need your files again. Nothing ships in the mail.
How do I download on my phone?
On iPhone the .zip saves to the Files app. Open Files, tap the zip and it expands into the PNG. On Android, open the zip from Downloads with Files by Google. A computer makes resizing and printing easier.
Can I sell shirts and tumblers made with these designs?
Yes. Small-shop commercial use is included: you can sell up to 200 finished physical items per design. You may not resell, share or upload the digital file itself. The license page has the details.
Can I use these for sublimation and DTF?
Yes. The transparent 300 DPI PNGs work for sublimation on polyester and coated blanks, and for DTF and DTG on cotton. For sublimation, mirror the print as your printer requires.
Do you sell ready-to-press transfers?
No. The Hand Drawn Press sells digital files only. You print and press them yourself or through your own printer.
How are bundles priced?
Single designs are $5. Bundles are priced by design count at $3.50 per design, so a 4-design bundle is $14.
Will the colors look exactly like my screen?
Colors can shift a little depending on your screen, printer, ink, blank and press settings. Do a test press on a scrap blank first.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital files, sales are final. If a download fails or a file has a problem, email colecollins763@gmail.com and it will be made right.
What happens to my email if I join the list?
It is stored privately and used only for new design drops and for your orders and billing, as the sign-up box says. It is never sold or shared. Reply to any email or write to colecollins763@gmail.com to be removed.
How do I get help with my order?
